Maday Principal maday@rockislandcapital.com Prior to forming Rock Island, Mr. Maday was the Managing Partner and controlling shareholder of GEM Holdings, LLC, a private equity investment firm. Prior to forming GEM, Mr. Maday was the owner and CEO of Conspec Marketing and Manufacturing Co., Inc. Conspec was a manufacturer of concrete-related building materials with manufacturing and distribution locations throughout the United States. Mr. Maday successfully sold the company to Dayton Superior. Prior to Conspec, Mr. Maday founded Institutional Investors of Mid-America, a commercial real estate mortgage brokerage. Mr. Maday holds a BSBA from the University of Missouri and serves on the Board of Directors of UMB Bank, OT Overtime, LLC and other not for profit boards. Mr. Maday is located in Rock Island's Kansas City office.
