Prior to joining Rock Island, Mr. Sperka served as a Manager in PwC’s Financial Due Diligence group, where he was responsible for advising both private equity and corporate clients on buy and sell side transactions. Prior to his time at PwC, Mr. Sperka held a position at KPMG in their audit practice. Mr. Sperka is an active licensed certified public accountant in Illinois.
Mr. Sperka received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA from Marquette University.
