Prior to joining Rock Island, Ms. Kossman was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte in the M&A Transaction Advisory Services group. At Deloitte, Ms. Kossman was responsible for performing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence on M&A deals for both strategic and private equity clients.
Ms. Kossman received a Bachelor’s of Science in Accountancy and a Bachelor’s of Science in Information Systems from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Ms. Kossman is an active licensed certified public accountant in the state of Illinois.
